Bloomberg: LimX Dynamics Said to Have Filed Confidentially for Hong Kong IPO

Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter, that Shenzhen-based robotics company LimX Dynamics has confidentially filed for an initial public offering in Hong Kong. The company is said to be seeking to raise as much as $300 million. According to the report, LimX Dynamics is working with CITIC Securities on the proposed transaction. The reported filing comes at a time when several Chinese robotics companies are also preparing to go public, placing LimX Dynamics among a broader group of firms moving toward listings.
